由于无标记和非扰动特点,拉曼光谱为阐明亚细胞水平上的活性生化过程提供了内在信息。这使得拉曼光谱可以用于单细胞的研究,特别是在体内的研究。而微生物作为原核单细胞生物,在基础研究中一直占据重要地位,尤其近年来传染感染技术发展以及肠道微生物、合成生物学等领域的发展。本报告将介绍拉曼光谱技术应用于单细胞、微生物的表型归属、代谢活性研究等应用。
Being label‐free and nonperturbative, Raman spectroscopy offers intrinsic information for elucidating active biochemical processes at subcellular level. This makes Raman spectroscopy could be used for researching on single cells, especially in vivo investigations. As prokaryotic single-celled organisms, microorganisms have always played an important role in basic research, especially in recent years with the development of infectious technology, intestinal microbiology, synthetic biology and other fields. This report will introduce the applications of Raman spectroscopy to the phenotypic attribution and metabolic activity of single cell and microbial cells.
