各学院、平台（中心）、实验室：

根据《浙江省医学科技教育发展中心关于举办病原微生物实验室生物安全管理培训班的通知》（见附件）和我校实验室生物安全管理要求，未取得相应合格证书的病原微生物相关实验的操作及管理人员须参加此次培训，相关事宜通知如下：

一、培训时间与地点

线上培训时间：2021年7月17-18日

线下培训、考试时间：2021年7月22日

考试地点：浙江开元萧山宾馆（杭州市萧山区人民路77号）

二、报名方式及费用

培训费（600元/人）由个人先行支付，取得考试合格证书后10个工作日内，凭证书和西湖大学抬头的发票到实验室与科研设施部（5-317）办理报销事宜。

三、注意事项

由于该培训班以报名顺序报满即止，请及时报名。

Following the “The notice of holding the training course about the management of biosafety laboratories” and the management requirements of biosafety laboratories of our university，the operators and managers, who engaged in pathogenic microorganism related experiments and haven't obtain the certificates as the license, must attend this training course. The relevant matters are hereby notified as below:

Schedule： July17-18，2021（on-line training）

July22，2021（Off-line training and exams）

Venue：New Century Hotel–Xiaoshan (77 Renmin Road, Xiaoshan, Hangzhou)

Registration: Scan the QR code with WeChat Work or On-line registration in https://ghaxwh.fanqier.cn/f/an05ceqg.

Training Fee：600RMB/person. (You should pay first, the money will be paid back to you with submitting the obtained certificate and invoice in 10 working days.)

Note:Seats are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please register as soon as possible.
