各学院、平台（中心）、实验室：

根据《浙江省医学科技教育发展中心关于举办实验室生物安全培训班的通知》（见附件）和我校实验室生物安全管理要求，未取得相应合格证书的病原微生物相关实验的操作及管理人员须参加此次培训，相关事宜通知如下：

一、培训时间与地点：

线上培训：15个视频课程，共15学时

线下培训及线下考试：2022年3月中下旬，具体时间和地点另行通知

二、报名方式及费用

微信关注公众号“浙江省医学科技教育发展中心”或扫下方二维码报名，具体报名方式见附件。

培训费600元/人。由个人先行支付，取得考试合格证书后10个工作日内，凭证书和西湖大学抬头的发票办理报销事宜。

三、注意事项

由于该培训班以报名顺序报满即止，请及时报名。

为落实教育部加强实验室三级安全管理责任体系的要求，并依据学校实验室技术安全管理委员会2021年第3次会议精神，本次培训，独立实验室相关人员的培训费用，由学校、学院、实验室共同承担，其中学校承担40%，学院和实验室各承担30%。校级公共实验平台的相关费用全部由平台承担，作为平台运维成本。

Concerns all Schools, Centers & Labs:

Following the “The notice on the training course about the laboratory biosafety held by the Zhejiang Provincial Center for Medical Science Technology and Education”(as attached) and the management requirements of laboratory biosafety of our university，the operators and managers, who engage in pathogenic microorganism related experiments and haven't obtain the certificates as the license, must attend this training course. The relevant matters are hereby notified as below:

Online training：15 videos for 15 class hours

Offline training and evaluation schedule：the end of March, further information to be noticed.

Sign in: Scan below QR code with WeChat or follow the Official account of the Zhejiang Provincial Center for Medical Science Technology and Education.

Training Fee：600 RMB/person. (You should pay first and get it refund with submitting the obtained certificate and invoice in 10 working days.)
