各学院、中心（平台）、实验室：

根据《浙江省医学科技教育发展中心关于举办实验室生物安全管理体系构建与标准化建设培训班的通知》（见附件）和实验室生物安全管理要求，病原微生物实验室的实验人员及管理人员须参加此次培训，相关事宜通知如下：

一、培训时间与地点：

培训时间：2022年7月27-29日

培训地点：浙江开元萧山宾馆（杭州市萧山区人民路77号）

二、报名方式及费用

培训费1000元/人。由个人先行支付，取得考试合格证书后10个工作日内，凭证书和西湖大学抬头的发票办理报销事宜。

三、注意事项

由于该培训班以报名顺序报满即止，请及时报名。

本次培训，独立实验室相关人员的培训费用，由学校、学院、实验室共同承担，其中学校承担40%，学院和实验室各承担30%。校级公共科研平台的相关费用全部由平台承担，作为平台运维成本。

Following the“Notice on the training course about the establishment and standardization of laboratory biosafety management system”(as attached) and the management requirements of laboratory biosafety，the operators and managers, who engage in pathogenic microorganism related experiments, must attend this training course. The relevant matters are hereby notified as below:

Venue：New Century Hotel–Xiaoshan (77 Renmin Road, Xiaoshan, Hangzhou)
