各位师生：

云谷校区定于2022年11月15日开展消防灭火疏散暨实验室危化品泄漏应急处置演练，通知如下：

一、演练地点

云谷校区E7楼及E7楼西侧空地、危化品库房东侧空地。

二、演练科目

1.灭火疏散演练14:00-14:30；

2.消防器材操作培训14:30-15:00；

3.危化品废旧试剂泄漏处置演练15:00-15:30。

三、参加人员

1.2022级新生（无课程及实验安排）；

2.E7楼内师生员工；

3.云谷校区各实验室安全员；

4.鼓励各部门行政人员及实验室其他师生员工积极参加。

四、演练流程

1.13时50分，2022级新生、实验室安全员以及其他师生员工抵达E7西侧空地集合，观摩疏散演习；

2.14时00分，消防广播及声光报警拉响，E7楼内师生员工请在听到警报后，在疏散人员的指引下，迅速沿楼梯间疏散到E7西侧空地，观摩消防中队、校保安队灭火演练；

3.14时30分，本年度未参加过消防器材实操的人员请参加消防器材操作培训；

4.15时00分，参加完消防器材培训的人员，乘坐校园观光车转运至危化品东侧场地参加危化品废旧试剂泄漏处置演练。

Dear faculty, staff and students,

We will conduct fire fighting drill and laboratory hazardous chemicals leakage disposal drill on November 15, 2022 in Yungu campus. The notice is as follows:

I. Venue

Building E7,the open space on the west side of E7, and the open space on the east side of the hazardous chemicals warehouse.

II. Content

1. Fire fighting and evacuation drills，14:00-14:30.

2. Fire fighting equipment operation training，14:30-15:00.

3. Laboratory hazardous chemicals leakage disposal drill，15:30-15:30.

III. Participants

1. Class 2022 freshmen（People with no curriculum arrangement）.

2. Faculty, staff and students in Building E7.

3. Laboratory security administrator in Yungu campus.

4. Encourage all faculty, staff and students to actively participate in the drill.

IV. Process

1. At 13: 50, freshmen of Class 2022, laboratory safety administrators, faculty, staff, students and other employees arrive at the open space on the west side of E7 to watch the drill.

2. At 14: 00, after the fire broadcast and alarm sound, faculty, staff and students in Building E7 should quickly evacuate to the open space on the west side of E7 along the stairwell under the command of evacuees to watch the drill.

3. At 14: 30, those who have not participated in the training of fire fighting equipment this year are invited to attend the training at the training place on the west side.

4. At 15: 00, the personnel who have completed the training of fire fighting equipment take the sightseeing bus to the site on the east side of the hazardous chemicals warehouse to participate in the drill of disposal of waste chemicals.
