各学院、中心（平台）、实验室：

根据《浙江省医学科技教育发展中心关于举办新发突发传染病风险管理与感染控制新技术培训班的通知》（见附件1）和实验室生物安全管理要求，未持证的病原微生物实验室的实验人员及管理人员须参加此次培训，相关事宜通知如下：

一、培训及考试

线上培训：2022年12月12日24时前，完成14个视频课程，共28个学时的学习。

线上考试： 12月中下旬，具体考试批次由主办方通过手机短消息告知本人。

二、报名方式及费用

微信扫下方二维码报名或网上报名（https://dx.zwjk.com/），具体报名方式见附件。

培训费600元/人。由个人先行支付，取得考试合格证书后10个工作日内，凭证书和西湖大学抬头的发票办理报销事宜。

三、注意事项

由于该培训班以报名顺序报满即止，请及时报名。

本次培训，独立实验室相关人员的培训费用，由学校、学院、实验室共同承担，其中学校承担40%，学院和实验室各承担30%。校级公共科研平台的相关费用全部由平台承担。

All Schools, Centers & Labs:

Following the“Notice on the training course about the new technology for risk management and infection control of new and emerging infectious diseases ”(as attached) and the management requirements of laboratory biosafety，the operators and managers, who engage in pathogenic microorganism related experiments and haven't obtain the certificates as the license, must attend this training course. The relevant matters are hereby notified as below:

Online training: 14 videos for 28 class hours before 12^th, Dec. should be finished.

Online evaluation: in mid late of December, further information to be noticed vis message.

Training Fee：600 RMB/person. (You should pay first and get it refund with submitting the obtained certificate and invoice in 10 working days.)

Note: Seats are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please register as soon as possible.

The training cost will be jointly borne by university, school and laboratory with 40%, 30% and 30%. The university level research facilities have to pay the training cost.
