根据实验室生物安全管理要求，病原微生物实验及管理人员应持证上岗。最新一期的持证培训通知见附件，请组织相关人员报名参加，相关信息如下：

一、培训对象：未持证的病原微生物实验人员及管理人员。

二、培训形式：

培训分为线上培训和线下培训两种形式。

（一）线上培训及考试：

时间：2023年3月29日-31日，通过钉钉软件在线直播。

考试：由主办方另行通知考试时间与地点。

（二）线下培训及考试：

时间：2023年3月29日-31日

地点：浙江开元萧山宾馆（杭州市萧山区人民路77号）

三、报名方式及费用

（一） 线上培训：

培训费用600元/人，微信扫线上培训二维码报名。

四、注意事项

1、培训费由个人先行支付，取得考试合格证书后10个工作日内，凭证书和西湖大学抬头的发票办理报销事宜。独立实验室相关人员的培训费用，由学校、学院、实验室共同承担，其中学校承担40%，学院和实验室各承担30%。校级公共科研平台的相关费用全部由平台承担。

2、由于该培训班以报名顺序报满即止，请及时报名。

Following the management requirements，the operators and managers, who engaged in pathogenic microorganism should obtain laboratory biosafety training certificates as the license. The latest training notice is forwarded as attachment. The relevant matters are hereby as below:

Participates: The operators and managers engaged in pathogenic microorganism，who haven't obtain the training certificates.

Schedule：Mar 29^th-31^th，2023

Venue：New Century Hotel–Xiaoshan (77 Renmin Road, Xiaoshan, Hangzhou).

Training Fee：600 RMB/person for online training and 1000 RMB/person for offline training.

Note:

You should pay the training fee first and get it refund with submitting the obtained certificate and invoice in 10 working days. The training cost will be jointly borne by university, school and laboratory with 40%, 30% and 30%. The university level research facilities have to pay the training cost.
