各学院（单位）、实验室：

为保障新学期实验室各项教学及科研工作安全、有序的开展，本年度实验室人员安全准入培训工作的安排如下：

一、参与人员

全体学生（包括访问学生）、从事实验教学或科研的教职工、访问人员。

二、培训期限

2025年2月10日至2月21日

三、 相关要求

1．领取和学习《西湖大学实验室安全指导手册》

实验室人员认真学习《实验室安全指导手册》，如尚未领取过手册，请实验室安全员在危化品管理系统（https://cms.westlake.edu.cn/）申领并发放给相关人员，确保人手一册。

2．重新参加“实验室安全教育培训平台”在线学习和考试

实验室人员登录西湖大学校园信息门户网站，进入“安全考试”（网址https://hsetest.westlake.edu.cn），首先，完成《高校实验室安全基础知识》课程学习，其次，根据自身专业类型选择至少一门专业安全课程和相应准入考试，考核通过后获取合格证书。

3．签订《实验室安全责任书》

尚未签订过2025年度实验室安全责任书的人员（尤其是新入职、新入校实验室人员），可登陆“实验室安全教育培训平台”下载《实验室安全责任书》模板，责任书一式两份，签订后由实验室、学院（单位）各存一份。

Dear all:

To ensure the safety of the laboratories in the new semester, the notice of laboratory safety access training is as follows:

Participates:

All students (including visiting students), faculty and staff engaged in experimental teaching or scientific research, as well as visiting personnel.

Period of training:

From February 10 to February 21, 2025.

Requirements:

-Obtain the Handbook of Laboratory Safety from Hazardous chemicals management system.

-Complete the examination on the Laboratory Safety Examination System. In order to obtain the laboratory access qualification, you should first complete the training of Lab Safety Fundamentals for Universities. If you are going to enter laboratories involving biological, chemical, radiation, mechanical, electronic and other types of hazard sources, you also need to complete the corresponding Professional Safety Courses. Finally, you must take at least one access exam in the My Examination system to obtain a certificate.

-Sign the Statement of Laboratory Safety Responsibility in 2025.
