各位老师、同学：

为提高实验人员的安全意识和应急能力，实验室与科研设施部将开展实验室安全事故应急演练活动。活动内容包括实验室典型事故案例分析、危险性实验材料和设备操作规范、安全事故模拟及应急处置演练，以帮助师生识别实验中存在的安全风险，掌握安全操作与应急处置要点。

活动将在云谷校区与云栖校区设场举办，请各单位组织师生按时前往指定地点观摩。具体安排如下：

凡使用酒精灯、加热设备、有机试剂或产生化学类废弃物的实验室，请组织相关人员参加本次演练。

四、温馨提示

- 师生请携带校园卡签到，签到记录作为安全教育培训证明存档。

- 凡有效参与实操演练环节的实验室，可领取一套标准倾倒式废液收集装置。

- 演练的视频资料将上传至实验室安全培训教育平台

Dear all:

In order to enhance the emergency response skills of laboratory personnel, we will conduct laboratory safety emergency response drills on December 12^th , 2025. Please observe these drills at the designated venues. The details are as follows:

III. Participants:

All laboratories that use alcohol lamps, heating equipment, organic reagents, or generate chemical waste are required to organize relevant personnel to participate in this drill.

IV. Note:

- Please bring your campus card to sign in for the drill.

- Laboratories successfully completing the practical drill will be awarded a set of standard tilt-type chemical waste collector.

- The drill video (with Chinese and English subtitles) will be uploaded to the Laboratory Safety Training and Education Platform (hsetest.westlake.edu.cn) - Special Section on Laboratory Accident Emergency Response and Handling. Videos of previous emergency drills can be viewed here too.
