各学院（单位）、实验室：

为保障新学期实验室教学和科研工作安全有序开展，现将2026年度实验室安全准入培训工作安排通知如下：

一、培训对象

全体在校学生（含访问学生）、从事实验教学或科研的教职工及访问人员。

二、培训时间

2026年3月1日－3月6日

三、系统登录

电脑端：实验室安全教育培训平台（https://hsetest.westlake.edu.cn）

手机端：i西湖2.0 - 工作台 - 进入“安全考试”

四、评估与选课

请使用“测评中心”的安全风险评估选课功能，勾选拟进入的实验室房间、专业类型、实验环境及可能接触的危险设备材料等信息，由系统自动推荐相应的专业安全、危险源安全课程与考试。

五、学习与考试

（1）基础安全课程（必学）

学习《高校实验室安全基础知识》课程

（2）专业安全课程（至少选一门课程并通过考试）

可选课程包括：《电子/电气类实验室安全》、《生物/医学类实验室安全》、《化学/化工类实验室安全》、《辐射类实验室安全》、《机械类实验室安全》。

（3）危险源安全课程（分为必学和选学）

“必学”课程及考试为使用相应危险源前的必要条件。

六、培训记录

师生可点击“培训档案”，查看并下载在校期间所有校级-院级实验室安全培训及考试记录。

请各学院（单位）、实验室组织师生完成培训及考试，并依据2026年度安全责任书签署的人员数量核查准入考试的完成进度，确保全员按时通过。

To ensure the safety of the laboratories in the new semester, the notice of laboratory safety access training is as follows:

All students (including visiting students), faculty and staff engaged in experimental teaching or scientific research, as well as visiting personnel.

From March 1^st to March 6^th , 2026.

Users can access this platform via any of the following methods:

-Desktop access: https://hsetest.westlake.edu.cn

-Mobile access: iWestlake 2.0 – Workspace - Enter "Safety Exam"

Assessment and Course

Click the "Assessment" tab to access the safety risk assessment. Check the boxes for the laboratory room, experimental environment, and potentially hazardous equipment and materials you may encounter. The system will then automatically recommend the corresponding professional safety and hazard source safety courses and examinations.

Learning and Examinations

(1) Laboratory Safety Fundamentals (Required)

(2) Professional Safety Courses (Select at least one course and pass the exam)

(3) Hazard Source Safety Courses (Mandatory and Elective)

Training Records

Laboratory safety training and examination records can be viewed and downloaded in the system's " Training Archive" tab.

Schools (units) and laboratories organize relevant personnel to complete the required training and examinations. Ensure that all personnel who signed the 2026 Safety Responsibility Statement have passed the safety examination.
