为进一步提升师生实验室安全防范意识与应急处置能力，实验室与科研设施部将组织开展氢氟酸泄漏、二氧化碳泄漏专项应急演练活动。本次活动采用线上 + 线下相结合的形式，现场同步设置化学泄漏应急知识宣传展区。请各单位积极组织相关师生前往指定地点观摩学习，具体安排通知如下：

In order to strengthen the safety awareness and emergency response capacity of faculty and students, we will conduct emergency response drills for hydrofluoric acid leaks and carbon dioxide leaks. This hybrid online-offline event will feature an on-site chemical spill emergency knowledge exhibition. Please arrange staff and students to attend at assigned locations. Details below:

2. Faculty and students who use hazardous chemicals or laboratory gases.

· For on‑site observation, please bring your campus card to sign in. The sign‑in record will be kept as proof of safety training.

· For online viewing, please log in via the Tencent Meeting SSO entry (westlake.sso.meeting.qq.com) for attendance tracking.

· The drill videos will later be uploaded to the Laboratory Safety Training Platform (hsetest.westlake.edu.cn) under the “Laboratory Accident Emergency Response and Disposal” section.
