各位老师、同学：

为提高实验人员的安全意识与应急处置能力，实验室与科研设施部将组织开展实验室安全事故应急技能闯关活动。活动由各单位/中心组队参与、实验室组织相关师生观摩的方式进行，内容包括实验室典型事故案例分析、危险性实验材料与设备操作规范、安全事故模拟及应急处置演练，旨在帮助师生识别实验中的安全风险，掌握安全操作与应急处置要点。

活动将在云谷校区与云栖校区分别设场举办，请各单位组织师生按时前往指定地点观摩。具体安排如下：

一、时间地点

二、参赛队伍

以学院/中心为单位组队，每个单位组建1～2支队伍，每队5人。活动共设5个应急体验项目，每队5名成员各正确完成一项应急技能，即视为闯关成功。

团队完赛后，每位参赛成员所在实验室（多人在同一实验室不重复计入）可获得一套废液回收系统，个人则获得闯关奖励及荣誉证书。

三、观摩人员

凡使用酒精灯、加热设备、有机试剂或产生化学类废弃物的实验室，请组织相关师生观看本次演练。

四、活动内容

（1）发放《西湖大学实验室应急处置手册》

（2）近年来实验室典型安全事故案例分析

（3）实验室安全事故应急处置实操演练

五、演练项目

（1）挥发类有机试剂遇热源燃爆

演示有机试剂长时间加热爆管或遇到高温环境发生燃爆的场景。

（2）酒精灯操作规范与应急处理

演练酒精灯违规操作导致的后果，以及酒精灯的正确规范操作。

（3）加热设备使用规范与应急处理

演练实验室使用加热仪器（如通风干燥箱、马弗炉、烘箱、油浴锅、水浴锅等）因操作不当或人为失误导致火情后的应急处置操作。

（4）实验室应急逃生装置装备穿戴

演练紧急逃生面罩、防火斗篷应急逃生装置装备的正确穿戴和使用。

（5）实验室化学废液/固废分拣规范

演示标准废液倾倒收集方式，避免混合引发危险反应，提高对废液泄漏、飞溅等突发情况的处置能力。

六、温馨提示

l 师生现场参与培训须刷校园卡签到；线上参与请使用SSO 登录腾讯会议（westlake.sso.meeting.qq.com）登记签到。

l 本次培训记本年度安全培训 1 学时，学时将录入安全考试系统培训档案。

l 按照教育部、教育厅实验室风险分级分类管理规定，一、二、三级风险实验室的师生年度参与应急演练次数要求分别为2次、1次、1次。

In order to enhance the emergency response skills of laboratory personnel, we will conduct a Laboratory Safety Accident Emergency Skills Challenge Event on October 27^th , 2026. Please observe the event at the designated venues. The details are as follows:

I. Time and Venue

10:00-11:00 am, October 27 Gate 2, Academic Ring, Yungu Campus

3:30-4:30 pm, October 27 Gate of Building 3, Yunqi Campus

II. Team

Teams are organized by college or center. Each unit may form 1–2 teams, with 5 members per team. A team passes the challenge if all five members each successfully complete one emergency skill task.

Each participating member’s affiliated laboratory will receive one waste liquid recovery system (laboratories with multiple participants will get only one set, no duplicate counting). Every participant will also receive an individual challenge reward and certificate.

III. Observers

All laboratories that use alcohol lamps, heating equipment, organic reagents, or generate chemical waste are required to organize relevant personnel to observe this drill.

(1) Distribution of the West Lake University Laboratory Emergency Response Manual

(2) Analysis of Typical Laboratory Safety Incidents

(3) Safety Incidents Simulation and Emergency Response Challenge

V. Items

(1) Combustion and explosion of volatile organic reagents exposed to heat sources

(2) Standard operation of alcohol lamps and emergency handling

(3) Standard use of heating equipment and emergency handling

(4) Donning of laboratory emergency escape equipment

(5) Sorting standards for laboratory chemical waste and solid waste

l All check-in records will be included in the personal training records as 1 hour of the safety training system.

l Per the laboratory risk classification standards of the Ministry of Education and Provincial Department of Education, staff in Level I, II and III laboratories are required to take part in 2, 1 and 1 emergency drills each year.
