为加强搬迁后实验室的管理，保障实验室启用工作的顺利进行，实验室与科研设施部拟上线实验室启用准入在线申请流程。请各单位根据搬迁进度，组织已搬迁的实验室进行启用准入申请。具体通知如下：

一、试运行时间

2022年6月24日-7月30日

二、试运行范围

西湖大学云谷校区、应急医学研究中心

三、申请路径

电脑端：校园信息门户-实验室综合管理系统-基础信息-准入申请

四、申请人员

实验室负责人或实验室安全员（安全员须绑定实验室房间后方可申请）

五、操作手册

操作手册见附件1《实验室启用准入操作手册-实验室负责人（安全员）》。
