各学院、中心、实验室：

为更好的面向全校师生提供实验室安全教育培训服务，完善实验室人员安全准入管理，实验室安全考试平台将进行系统功能升级。具体通知如下：

升级时间：

2022年7月8日17:30-18:30

功能升级简介：

1. “实验室安全考试平台”更名为“实验室安全教育培训平台”；

2. 新增《实验室安全准入培训》课程，按照不同学科、不同专业进行分类培训，包括实验室通识安全课程、实验室专业安全课程（生物实验室安全、化学与化工实验室安全、医学实验室安全、机械与电气实验室安全）；

3. 新增《实验室安全准入考试》类型，按照理论类实验室、实验类实验室进行分类考试；

4. 新增培训课程类目及课程索引，包括仪器设备操作培训、虚拟仿真实验培训、特种岗位培训、应急演练培训。

温馨提示：

1. 系统升级前，已获得本年度《实验室安全准入考试证书》的实验室人员请于2022年7月8日17:30前登录系统下载考试证书（有效期至2023年2月），证书在有效期内仍可用于实验室门禁权限申请；

2. 系统升级后，未及时下载考试证书的实验室人员请向学院/中心办公室或实验室与科研设施部获取原《实验室安全准入考试证书》，也可以重新参加新发布的《实验室安全准入考试》，获取新的考试证书；

3. 每年2月份，学校将组织实验室人员重新参加实验室安全准入复训考试。

All Schools & Centers：

The lab safety examination system will be functionally upgraded to provide better laboratory safety education and training services to teachers and students, and improve safety access management of laboratory personnel. Details are as follows:

Upgrade time:17:30-18:30, July 8, 2022

Introduction to function upgrade:

i. Laboratory Safety Examination System is renamed to Laboratory Safety Education and Training Platform.

ii. Add courses of Laboratory Safety Access Training. It is divided into laboratory general safety courses and laboratory professional safety courses (including biological laboratory safety, chemical laboratory safety, medical laboratory safety, mechanical and electrical laboratory safety).

iii. Add test types of Laboratory Safety Access Examination. It is divided into theoretical laboratories and experimental laboratories for examinations.

iv. Add training courses categories and course indexes, including equipment operation training, virtual simulation experiment training, special job training, and emergency drill training.

Warm Tips

i. Before the system upgrade, laboratory personnel who have obtained the Laboratory Safety Access Examination Certificate should log in to the system before 17:30 on July 8, 2022 to download the examination certificate (valid until February 2023), and the certificate can still be used for laboratory access permission application within the validity period.

ii. After the system upgrade, laboratory personnel who fail to download the test certificate in time should obtain the original Laboratory Safety Access Examination Certificate from the School &Central Office or the Office of Laboratories and Research Equipment, you can also take the newly Laboratory Safety Access Examination to obtain a new test certificate.

iii. In February every year, we will organize laboratory personnel to retake the laboratory safety access examination.
