The Online Approval Service for Material Transfer Agreement(MTA) is now available, which is located in the Online Service Hall on the front page of the Smart campus portal（my.westlake.edu.cn）. It can be accessed either through desktop WEB or mobile app (“i Westlake”). The workflow chart for signing MTA is attached below.
