各学院、平台（中心）：

近期，浙江省教育厅办公室发布《浙江省教育厅办公室关于做好2021-2022学年高等学校实验室信息统计工作的通知》（附件1），要求各高校开展实验室信息统计和上报工作。为进一步简化实验室统计、上报工作，实验室与科研设施部今年仍采用线上填报方式。相关工作安排通知如下：

一、 统计的内容和范围

统计的内容：教育部要求统计的7张基表中和实验室相关的表3、表4、表5、表6中的部分数据（详见综合管理系统数据上报模块）。实验室与科研设施部已经进行初步填报，实验室只需核对和完善。

数据的时间范围：2021年9月1日-2022年8月31日

统计的对象：2022年8月31日前投入使用的实验室

       二、填报方式和截止时间

填报方式：通过实验室综合管理系统（https://lab.westlake.edu.cn/）在线填报。

截止时间：2022年9月20日24:00

三、 填报培训

培训时间：2022年9月8日星期四下午14:00-15:30

培训方式：本次培训使用腾讯会议在线培训，会议ID 为：579-594-123，或使用腾讯会议手机APP扫码入会。

培训内容：信息统计及系统填报操作培训（操作手册见附件2）

培训对象：所有填报人员。今年首次填报的人员请安排好工作按时线上参会。

四、 其他要求

请学院（单位）高度重视，确定专人负责组织和落实本单位实验室的统计上报工作。

请学院（单位）核对、更新本单位实验室填报人员名单（附件3），并于9月6日17:30前发送至我部邮箱share@westlake.edu.cn。

According to the requirements of the superior administrative authorities (See the attachment-A), all colleges and universities should report the summarized laboratory information. In order to support laboratories to submit the data conveniently, the Office of Laboratories and Research Equipment has improved the Laboratory Integrated Management System, and has pre-submitted some existing data. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

Statistics:

Content for statistics：Some information related to laboratories according to Table 3, Table 4, Table 5 and Table 6 in the Laboratory Integrated Management System.

Participants: Laboratories in operation by Aug. 31st, 2022

Period for statistics: Sep. 1st, 2021 – Aug. 31st, 2022

Submittion:

Mode: on-line submit via the Laboratory Integrated Management System ( https://lab.westlake.edu.cn/ ).

Deadline : 24:00, Sep.20th, 2022

Training:

Schedule: 14:00-15:30, Thursday, Sep.8th, 2022

Topics: 1. Work arrangement.

2.How to use the online reporting system (refer to the attachment-B: The operation instructions.)

Participants: All the statisticians, especially the new statisticians, are encouraged to join in this training.

This training will be conducted online via VooV Meeting (meeting ID：579-594-123). Participants can also join the training by scanning the QR code using VooV Meeting APP.

Note:

1.Please pay great attention to this statistics and arrange relevant labs to participate in it.

2.Please check and complete the statistician list (See the attachment-C) .Then send it back to share@westlake.edu.cn before 17:30 , Sep.6th , 2022.
