根据《浙江省教育厅办公室关于做好2023-2024学年高等学校实验室信息统计工作的通知》要求，我校将于近期开展2023-2024学年实验室信息统计和上报工作。为方便实验室统计、上报，实验室与科研设施部今年仍采用线上填报方式。相关工作安排通知如下：

一、 统计的内容和范围

统计的内容：教育部要求统计的7张基表中和实验室相关的表3、表4、表5、表6中的部分数据（详见综合管理系统数据上报模块）。实验室与科研设施部已经进行初步填报，实验室只需核对和完善。

数据的时间范围：2023年9月1日-2024年8月31日

统计的对象：2024年8月31日前已投入使用的实验室

二、 填报方式和截止时间

填报方式：通过实验室综合管理系统（https://lab.westlake.edu.cn/）在线填报。

截止时间：2024年 9月30日24:00。

三、 填报培训

培训时间：2024年9月24日下午14:30-16:00

培训地点：云谷校区学术环E10-211

培训内容：信息统计及系统填报操作培训（操作手册见附件）

培训对象：所有填报人员。今年首次填报的人员请安排好工作按时参会。

四、 其他要求

请学院（单位）高度重视，按时完成实验室信息统计上报工作。

According to the requirements of the superior administrative authorities, all colleges and universities should report the summarized laboratory information. In order to submit the data conveniently, laboratories can submit on-line via the Laboratory Integrated Management System. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

Statistics:

Content for statistics：Some information related to laboratories according to Table 3, Table 4, Table 5 and Table 6 in the Laboratory Integrated Management System.

Participants: Laboratories in operation by Aug. 31st, 2024

Period for statistics: Sep. 1st, 2023 – Aug. 31st, 2024

Submittion:

Mode: On-line submit via the Laboratory Integrated Management System ( https://lab.westlake.edu.cn/ ).

Deadline: 24:00, Sep.30th, 2024

Training:

Schedule: 14:30-16:00, Sep.24th, 2024

Venue: Academic Ring E10-211, Yungu Campus

Topics: 1. Work arrangement.

2.How to use the online reporting system (refer to the attachment: The operation instructions.)

Participants: All the statisticians, especially the new statisticians, are encouraged to join in this training.

Please pay great attention to this statistics and arrange relevant labs to participate in it.
