为进一步简化实物类材料转移协议（MTA）办理，网办“材料转移协议审批”流程已和“西湖大学印章使用申请”流程及“西湖实验室印章使用申请”流程完成对接。在材料转移协议审批流程勾选了用印需求的，经办人申请记录里会自动发起相应的用印流程。服务指南见附件。

Dear all：

The Online Approval Service for Material Transfer Agreement (MTA) has been updated. It is linked with the Online Application for Using Seals of Westlake University and the Online Application for Using Seals of Westlake Laboratory. If the seal requirements are selected during the MTA approval process, the corresponding seal application process will be automatically initiated in the handler’s application records. Service guide for signing MTA is attached below.
