为方便实验室缴纳实验废弃物处置费，实验室与科研设施部已完成实验废弃物处置费线上结算功能开发，并于即日起上线试运行（操作手册详见附件）。

目前线上结算流程为：

1. 实验室综合管理系统将汇总的实验废弃物处置费信息推送给危化品管理系统。

2. 实验室负责人或实验室负责人授权的审批员在危化品管理系统确认处置量及处置费等信息无误后，选择用以结算的实验室经费。

3. 危化品管理系统将处置费推送财务系统，并由财务系统完成结算。

为方便实验室负责人授权的审批员能在实验室综合管理系统上查看实验室所有房间的实验废弃物回收处置明细，实验室综合管理系统已同步绑定危化品管理系统的审批员。此外，实验室综合管理系统上原有的实验室房间安全员可查看相应房间的实验废弃物的处置明细。试运行期间，我部也会同步将纸质结算单发放给实验室，以便实验室核对结算明细。

All relevant Schools (Units) and laboratories:

To facilitate the payment of laboratory waste disposal fees by laboratories, the Office of Laboratories and Research Equipment has developed the online settlement function for laboratory waste disposal fees, which is now available for trial operation (see the attached manual for operating instructions).

The process is as follows:

I. The Laboratory Integrated Management System pushes the aggregated laboratory waste disposal fee information to the Hazardous Chemicals Management System.

II. The laboratory director or the fund approver verifies the settlement information and selects the funding code.

III. The Hazardous Chemicals Management System transmits the disposal fee information to the Financial System for settlement.

To facilitate the fund approver authorized by the laboratory director in the Hazardous Chemicals Management system to view the waste disposal details of the whole lab in the Laboratory Integrated Management System, we have bound the same officer according to Hazardous Chemicals Management System.

And the safety coordinator can view the waste disposal details in their respective rooms. During the trial operation period, we will also concurrently issue paper settlement statements for the laboratories to verify the settlement details.
