为加强2025年清明假期学校实验室安全防范工作，保障学校实验室师生的生命与财产安全，实验室与科研设施部假期值班安排及实验室安全工作温馨提示如下：

2.1各实验室节前要加强实验室安全教育，强化“安全第一，预防为主、人人有责”的意识，遵循“谁使用、谁负责”“谁主管，谁负责”的原则，规范配套各类实验保护器材，规范使用实验防护设备和器具，做好实验室内部安全防范工作。严格执行实验室安全准入制度，避免无关人员进入。

2.2各实验室要对节前实验室安全检查工作中发现的问题、隐患进行逐一整改，并将整改照片上传至实验室综合管理系统，待审核通过后方可闭环。

2.3各实验室要提前安排危险化学品、特种设备、实验动物、高温高压高速运转设备、易燃实验用品、实验废弃物等实验危险源的假期安全管理工作。提前清空实验废弃物，特别是已在实验室暂存较长时间的废液。

2.4节假日期间仍需开展科研活动的实验室，相关实验室负责人须对开展的实验内容进行审核。开展危险性实验或过夜实验时，须获得实验室负责人许可并有两人以上同时进行。实验结束后，及时关闭水、电、气源和门窗，保障实验室安全。

2.5各校区危化品周转站于值班日提供普通危化品配送和实验废弃物上门回收服务，服务应答和处置时间可能会延长，请统筹做好安排。管控试剂原则上暂停配送，如有特殊情况，最晚请于假期前一日联系各校区危化品周转站。

2.6节假日期间如有实验室安全相关问题，请联系我部值班人员。如遇紧急情况，请立即拨打校内应急电话（云谷校区：88119110，云栖校区：88119505，铜鉴湖园区：86720098），并启动相应的应急预案。

To strengthen laboratory safety management during the 2025 Qingming Festival and ensure the safety of faculty, students and property, the Office of Laboratories and Research Equipment provides the following on-duty arrangement and safety reminders:

2.1 Before the festival, all laboratories shall intensify safety education to reinforce the awareness of "safety first, prevention prioritized, and everyone accountable". Adhere to the principles of "who uses, who is responsible" and "who manages, who is responsible". Ensure the availability of all required protective equipment and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in compliance with operational standards. Diligently implement all safety protocols and strictly enforce laboratory access control to prevent unauthorized entry.

2.2 All laboratories must review the issues and hazards identified in self-inspections and university inspections, update the actions in the Laboratory Integrated Management System, ensuring all corrective actions are completed.

2.3 All laboratories should plan ahead for the safety management of hazardous chemicals, special equipment, laboratory animals, and high-temperature, high-pressure, or high-speed operating equipment, as well as flammable experimental consumables and experimental wastes during the holidays. Empty the experimental waste in advance, especially the waste liquid that has been stored in the laboratory for a long time.

2.4 For laboratories that need to continue scientific research activities during the holidays, the responsible person of the relevant laboratory must review the experimental content in advance. For hazardous experiments or overnight experiments, prior approval from the laboratory responsible person must be obtained, and at least two personnel must be present at all times. After the experiment, promptly shut off water, electricity, gas sources, and doors and windows to ensure laboratory safety.

2.5 The chemical reagents distribution and experimental waste disposal station will provide general chemical reagents delivery and recycling services for experimental waste on duty days. However, service response and disposal times may be extended, so please plan accordingly. In principle, the delivery of controlled reagents will be suspended during the holiday. In case of special circumstances, please contact the station on your campus at least one day before the holiday.

2.6 If you have any questions related to laboratory safety during the holidays, please contact our on-duty staff. In case of emergency during the holidays, immediately dial the campus emergency phone number (Yungu Campus: 88119110, Yunqi Campus: 88119505, Tongjianhu Campus: 86720098) and activate the corresponding emergency plan.
