实验室在使用加热设备时，存在烫伤、发生火灾等风险。为保障我校实验室安全、有序运行，防范实验室安全事故，现就加强对加热设备的安全使用提醒如下：

1.进入实验室应穿戴实验服、护目镜、手套等合适的个人防护用品进行实验；

2.实验室加热操作区域，不得堆放易燃易爆物品,并就近配备必要的灭火设备，如灭火毯、灭火器等，并张贴安全提醒标识和设备操作规程；

3.实验人员进行加热操作时，应根据加热的物质选择合适的加热设备，使用的电源插座额定功率应符合要求；家用电磁炉存在升温快、温度难以控制等风险，不应用于加热化学品；

4.实验结束后，应及时关闭加热设备、并拔出电源插头、切断电源，并确认加热物品冷却至安全温度才能离开。

There are safety risks of burns, fire, etc. with the use of heating equipment. To ensure the safe operation of our laboratory and prevent safety accidents/incidents, here are some safety management reminders for heating equipment usage.

1. Please use proper PPE such as lab coats, safety goggles, safety gloves during the experiment.

2. For the heating operation area, no flammable or explosive materials should be piled up around, and equip with firefighting equipment nearby. Post safety reminders and heating equipment SOP.

3. Choose appropriate heating tools according to the heated substances, household induction cooker is not recommended to heat chemicals as the temperature can rise rapidly and is difficult to control. The power socket for heating equipment should meet the power requirements.

4. After the experiment, please immediately cut off the power of heating equipment and pull out the power plug. Please do not leave until the heated substances are cooled to a safe temperature.
