为保障实验室安全运行，现就实验室气体使用安全提醒如下：

1.实验室内的气体管路应有气体名称和流向标识。

2.使用气瓶供气的，应合理固定、防止倾倒。气瓶、瓶阀及其管路连接要牢固，不用沾有油脂的手套、工具去接触气瓶。气瓶如果长期不用，应关闭气瓶瓶阀。

3.在密闭房间内使用惰性气体应配有良好的通风设施，安装氧含量报警器等气体监测装置。使用有毒、可燃气体的实验室，应配有通风设施和相应的气体监测和报警装置，张贴必要的安全警示标识。

４.云谷校区使用学校集中供气的，不得将集中供气管路的气体向其它气瓶进行充装；使用抽真空系统的，在真空管路和设备之间应设置吸收过滤装置（如：洗气洗水瓶、液体石蜡、冷阱、干燥剂、真空管路过滤器等），防止各类实验废弃、残留物被吸入真空管路造成管路破坏、发生事故。

In order to ensure the safe operation of the laboratory, reminder of the safety of gas use in laboratory are as follows:

1. Gas pipelines in the laboratory shall be labeled with the gas name and flow direction.

2. Gas cylinders should be reasonably fixed to prevent tipping. Gas cylinders and bottle valves should be firmly connected，as so as the connecting pipelines, grease-soaked gloves and tools cannot touch the gas cylinders. The valve should be closed if the gas cylinder is not used for a long time.

3. The use of inert gases in closed rooms should be equipped with good ventilation facilities and gas monitoring devices such as oxygen content alarms. When using toxic and combustible gases should be equipped with ventilation facilities and appropriate gas monitoring and alarm devices, also the necessary safety warning signs should be post.

4. When using the centralized gas supply in Yungu Campus, the gas of the centralized gas supply pipeline shall not be filled to other gas cylinders; especially the vacuum system, absorption and filtration devices (such as gas washing and water washing bottles, liquid paraffin, cold traps, desiccants, vacuum line filters, etc.) shall be set up between the vacuum pipeline and the equipment, so as to prevent the experimental wastes, and residuals being sucked into the vacuum pipeline and causing damage to the pipeline.
