为加强2024年元旦及春节假期学校实验室安全防范工作，保障学校实验室师生生命与财产安全，实验室与科研设施部值班安排及实验室安全工作温馨提示如下：

2.1各实验室节前要加强实验室安全教育，强化“安全第一，预防为主、人人有责”的意识，遵循“谁使用、谁负责”“谁主管，谁负责”的原则，规范配套各类实验保护器材，规范使用实验防护设备和器具，做好实验室内部安全防范工作。严格执行实验室安全准入制度，避免无关人员进入。

2.2各实验室要对实验室安全自纠自查以及学校安全检查工作中发现的各类问题、隐患进行逐一复查,确保已整改完成。

2.3持续加强危险化学品、特种设备、实验动物、高温高压高速运转设备、易燃实验用品和实验废弃物等安全管理工作，规范实验行为，严防安全事故的发生。

2.4节假日期间仍需开展科研活动的实验室，相关实验室负责人须对开展的实验内容进行审核。开展危险性实验或过夜实验时，须获得实验室负责人许可并有两人以上同时进行。实验结束后，及时关闭水、电、气源和门窗，确保实验室安全。

2.5 节假日期间，各试剂供应商可能暂停危化品配送工作，请各单位提前做好准备。化学试剂及实验废弃物周转站于值班日正常运转，如有任何需要，请提前与值班人员联系。如遇紧急情况，请立即拨打校内应急电话（云栖校区：88119505，云谷校区：88119110，铜鉴湖校区：86720098），启动相应的应急预案。

2.1 Before the festival, all laboratories should strengthen laboratory safety education, strengthen the awareness of "safety first, prevention first, everyone is responsible", follow the principle of "who uses, who is responsible" and "who is in charge, who is responsible", equip all kinds of experimental protection equipment, use personal protective equipment according to specifications, implement various safety precautions. Strictly implement the laboratory safety access system, prevent irrelevant personnel from entering the laboratory.

2.2 All laboratories shall review the laboratory risks identified in the preliminary laboratory safety inspections one by one to ensure all the corrective actions have been completed.

2.3 Strengthen the safety management of hazardous chemicals, special equipment, laboratory animals, high-temperature/high-pressure/ high-speed equipment, flammable experimental consumables, experimental wastes, etc. standardize experimental behaviors, and strictly prevent safety accidents.

2.4 For laboratories that still carry out scientific research activities during the holidays, the person in charge of the relevant laboratory must approve the process of the experiments in advance. Dangerous experiments or overnight experiments should be conducted by at least two persons after obtaining the permission of the person in charge of the laboratory. After the experiment, turn off the utilities such as gas, electricity and water, close the doors and windows in time to ensure laboratory safety.

2.5 Reagent suppliers may suspend the delivery of hazardous chemicals during the holidays, please prepare well in advance. Chemical reagents distribution and recovery of experimental waste will operate normally on the duty days. In case of emergency during the holidays, immediately call the emergency 24h assistance (Yunqi Campus:88119505, Yungu Campus: 88119110,Tongjianhu Campus: 86720098) to activate the corresponding emergency plan.
