各学院（单位）、实验室：

为加强亚运期间学校实验安全防范工作，保障实验室安全平稳运行，实验室与科研设施部决定从即日起至10月底加强双校区周末值班，有关安排通知如下：

一、值班安排

双校区危化品库房、云谷校区集中供气分别安排现场值班和电话值班。具体值班安排如下。

二、温馨提醒

1.值班时间为值班当日8:30至次日8:30。值班日8:30至17:30，危化品库房、集中供气值班人员在现场值班，值班日17:30至次日8:30，值班人员在杭电话值班。

2.值班期间，非管控化学试剂配送及实验废弃物回收工作正常进行，如有任何需要，请提前与值班人员联系。

3.如遇实验室安全紧急事项，请根据《突发实验室安全事故上报流程》及时、如实上报，并启动相应应急预案。

To ensure the safe and orderly operation of laboratories during the 19^th Asian Games Hangzhou 2022, Office of Laboratories and Research Equipment Department will strengthen the on-duty arrangements at weekends from now till the end of October. The on-duty arrangement for laboratory safety work in August is as follows:

2. Reminders

2.1 The on-duty time is from 8:30 am through 8:30 am the following day (24 hours) on campus. The on-duty personnel need to stay in the on-duty location from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, and be on call from 5:30 pm to 8:30 am the following day in Hangzhou.

2.2 The non-controlled chemical reagents distribution and recovery of experimental waste will operate normally on the duty days. Please contact the on-duty personnel if you need help.

2.3 In case of emergency, please report timely and truthfully according to the Emergency Reporting Process of Lab Safety Accident, and activate the corresponding emergency plan.
