各学院、中心（平台）、实验室：

根据《生物安全法》等法律法规，并结合我校实际，现就持续做好实验室生物安全管理有关工作通知如下：

一、加强病原微生物菌（毒）种、样本管理，做到来源合法，存储、使用、处置安全合规。实验前做好实验活动风险评估和应急预案。人员持证上岗，做好个人防护，并在相应等级的生物安全实验室规范操作。

二、加强实验动物管理，使用实验动物须经学校实验动物伦理委员会审批。不得在除实验动物中心外的实验室内饲养实验动物。禁止宠物进入实验室。

三、加强进境动植物、进境特殊物品管理，严格在审批的实验室内开展实验，防止扩散。

四、加强生物类实验废弃物管理，特别是涉及病原微生物的实验废弃物（包括被感染性病原微生物污染的实验动物尸体等）必须通过灭菌、灭活等方式处理后，再分类收集、发起回收，过程中做好个人防护。

Concerns all schools, centers：

According to the Biosecurity Law and relevant regulations and in combination with the practical managements of our university，the following matters in order to further strengthen the biosafety management of laboratories are hereby notified:

1. Management of the strains or samples of pathogenic bacteria and viruses (viruses).

-Each pathogen should be obtained from legitimate sources and handled under safe conditions.

-Risk assessments and emergency plans are required before experiments.

-The experimenters should attend laboratory biosafety training courses and obtain certificates as the license.

-Each pathogen should be handled by the experimenters wearing appropriate PPE in the corresponding biosafety level lab.

2. Management of laboratory animals.

-The use of laboratory animals should be approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee.

-It is forbidden to raise animals in university facilities other than the Laboratory Animal Resources Center.

-No Pet is allowed to enter any laboratory.

3. Management of entry animal, plant, and special articles.

-Carry out experiments in the approved laboratory to prevent diffusion.

4. Management of biomedical waste.

-Potentially infectious biohazardous waste (pathogenic microorganisms, viruses, cadavers infected with pathogens) must ALWAYS be sterilized and inactivated before being transferred.

-The disposal process must be carried out with wearing the necessary PPE to ensure the safety of operators all the time.
