各学院、平台（中心）、实验室：

为贯彻落实浙江省“除险保安”百日攻坚行动工作要求，持续加强学校内实验场所安全风险防控，现请各实验室关注如下安全管理相关工作：

1. 针对刚刚结束的国庆节前实验室安全检查中的安全隐患，确保整改到位，请相关实验室安全员在10月12日前登录检查系统完成整改工作。可根据实验室特点制定相应的长效措施，全面巩固安全检查成效。

2. 严格落实易制毒、易制爆等管制类化学试剂申购、领用管理规范，督促实验室人员使用时做好个人防护、及时记录台账，实验期间如需暂存，严格执行“双人双锁”管理制度。其他危险化学品务必妥善存储，勿过量采购、过量存储。

3. 持续加强特种设备、实验动物、高温高压高速运转设备、易燃实验用品和实验废弃物等安全管理工作，规范实验行为，严防安全事故的发生。

Schools, Centers and Labs:

In order to implement the work requirements of Zhejiang Province's 100 day action to "eliminate hazards and ensure safety", and continue to strengthen the prevention and control of laboratory safety risks, please pay attention to the following safety management related work:

1. Please ensure that all laboratory risks identified in the preliminary laboratory safety inspection before the National Day Holiday have been corrected. Laboratory safety coordinators shall log in the laboratory safety inspection system to complete the corrective actions before October 12th. Laboratory can formulate long-term measures for safety management based on lab’s own characteristics.

2. Strictly implement the management specifications for the purchase and use of controlled chemical reagents such as Precursor Chemicals, Explosives Precursors etc.. Supervise the laboratory personnel to wear personal protective equipment when using hazardous chemicals, and to make use records in time. If it is necessary to temporarily store Precursor Chemicals, Explosives Precursors in laboratories during the experiment, the management specification of "double custodians and double locks" shall be strictly implemented. Other hazardous chemicals must be properly stored. Please do not purchase or store too much.

3. Strengthen the safety management of special equipment, laboratory animals, high-temperature/high-pressure/ high-speed equipment, flammable experimental consumables, experimental wastes, etc. standardize experimental behaviors, and strictly prevent safety accidents.
