近期实验室安全检查过程中发现，某实验人员在取用二苯基膦（CAS号：829-85-6）进行实验后，没有对残留在取样器枪头的二苯基膦进行无害化处理，直接将该枪头丢入化学实验废弃物桶，二苯基膦在空气中氧化放热发生自燃，引燃废弃物桶内的废纸巾，产生火苗烟雾。事件发生时正值学校安全大检查，火苗在起始阶段被发现并立即扑灭，未造成人员和财产损失。

春节即将来临，部分实验室仍会开展科研活动，各实验室应以此事件为鉴，加强对危化品安全使用和危险废弃物的管理，防止安全事故的发生！

实验室危化品安全使用、危险废弃物规范收集处置注意事项：

1. 使用前，学习危险化学品的安全技术说明，按要求存储危化品；

2. 使用中，穿戴个人防护用品在通风橱内按照操作规程进行取用和实验；

3. 使用后，如属于自燃液体、自燃固体、自热物质和混合物、遇水放出易燃气体物质的，其沾污物（包括但不限于注射器、针头、枪头、称量纸、手套、擦拭纸等）必须要先进行无害化处理，按照危险废弃物的类型进行分类收集和登记，统一交由学校回收。

Recently, we found that one experimenter failed to clean the reagent-contaminated pipette tips before throwing it in the trash can, the reagent is Diphenylphosphine (CAS : 829-85-6 ) which can spontaneously ignite in air, then the waste paper in the trash can was set on fire. Fortunately it was extinguished in time, there was no loss of personnel or property.

The Spring Festival is approaching, and some laboratories will still carry out scientific research activities. All laboratories should take this incident as a lesson to strengthen the safe use of hazardous chemicals and the management of hazardous waste to prevent the occurrence of safety accidents!

Precautions for the safe use of laboratory hazardous chemicals and the standardized collection and disposal of hazardous wastes:

1. Study MSDS before using hazardous chemicals, and store hazardous chemicals as required.

2. Wear PPE and follow the operating procedures in a fume hood when using hazardous chemicals.

3. For self-igniting liquids, self-igniting solids, self-heating substances and mixtures, and substances that emit flammable gases in contact with water, their contaminants (such as syringes, needles, tips, weighing papers, gloves, wiping papers, etc.) must be cleaned first, and then classified collection and registration, finally hand them over to the school for recycling.
