为加强2026年元旦、春节假期学校实验室安全防范工作，保障学校实验室师生生命与财产安全，实验室与科研设施部就假期实验室安全工作提醒如下：

1、各实验室节前要加强实验室安全教育，强化“安全第一、预防为主、人人有责”的意识，遵循“谁使用、谁负责”的原则，规范配备实验防护器材、个人防护装备和应急物资。严格执行实验室安全准入制度，避免无关人员进入。

2、各实验室要开展节前安全自查，并对学校、学院安全检查发现的问题举一反三、逐一整改，待整改审核通过后，方完成隐患整改闭环。

3、提前做好假期危险化学品、特种设备、实验动物、高温高压高速运转设备、易燃实验用品等实验危险源的安全防范工作，提前清空实验室内的实验废弃物，特别是暂存较长时间的废液。

4、假期开展实验，实验内容须提前报实验室负责人审核批准，危险性实验或过夜实验，还需两人及以上同时进行。实验时，实验人员应穿戴合适的个人防护装备，并严格遵守实验操作规程。实验后，及时关闭水、电、气源和门窗。

5、各校区危化品周转站于值班日提供普通危险化学品配送和实验废弃物上门回收服务，服务应答和处置时间可能会有所延长，请做好统筹安排。管控试剂原则上暂停配送，如有特殊情况，最晚请于假期前一日联系各校区危化品周转站。

6、假期如有实验室安全相关问题，请联系我部值班人员（见下表）。如遇紧急情况，请立即拨打校内应急电话（云谷校区：88119110，云栖校区：88119505，铜鉴湖园区：86720098），启动相应的应急预案。

All Schools (Units) and Labs:

To strengthen laboratory safety management during the 2026 New Year's Day and Spring Festival Holidays, and ensure the safety of faculty, students and property, the Office of Laboratories and Research Equipment provides the following safety reminders:

I. Before the holiday, all laboratories shall intensify safety education to reinforce the awareness of "safety first, prevention prioritized, and everyone accountable". Adhere to the principles of "who uses, who is responsible". Ensure the proper allocation of laboratory protective equipment, personal protective equipment (PPE) and emergency supplies. Diligently implement all safety protocols and strictly enforce laboratory access control to prevent unauthorized entry.

II. All laboratories shall conduct pre-holiday safety self-inspections. Actively complete the rectification of identified hazards, upload the details of the hazards to the system, and a closed-loop risk management process.

III. Make early preparations for the safety management of hazard sources in laboratories during the holiday, including hazardous chemicals, special equipment, laboratory animals, and high-temperature, high-pressure, or high-speed operating equipment, as well as flammable experimental consumables. Ensure timely removal of laboratory waste, especially waste liquids that have been stored for a long period.

IV. For laboratories that continue scientific research during the holidays, the Principal Investigator (PI) must review and approve the experimental plans in advance. For hazardous or overnight experiments, prior approval must be obtained from the PI, and at least two personnel must be present throughout the experiment. During experiments, personnel must wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and strictly follow standard operating procedures. After the experiment, promptly shut off water, electricity, gas sources, and close doors and windows to ensure safety.

V. The hazardous chemical transfer stations on each campus will provide delivery services for general hazardous chemicals and door-to-door collection of laboratory waste on duty days. Please note that response and processing times may be extended, so plan accordingly. In principle, the delivery of controlled reagents will be suspended during the holiday. For special circumstances, please contact the hazardous chemical transfer station on your campus no later than the day before the holiday.

VI. If any laboratory safety-related issues arise during the holidays, please contact the on-duty staff of our department. In case of emergency, immediately dial the campus emergency number (Yungu Campus: 88119110, Yunqi Campus: 88119505, Tongjianhu Campus: 86720098) to activate the corresponding emergency response plan.
