2026年新学期已正式开启，为切实筑牢实验室安全防线，为大家新学期科研、教学之路保驾护航，实验室与科研设施部就近期实验室安全工作提醒如下：

一、恢复实验，安全先行

假期关闭的实验室恢复使用前，须严格执行“先检查、后启用”原则，对水、电、气、门窗、仪器设备及危险化学品等危险源进行全面自查，确保应急物资齐备有效、各项设施正常运行后方可恢复实验。具体可参照自查表（附件1）自查，发现问题及时整改。

二、全面自查，风险辨识

各实验室开展全面的实验室安全自查和危险源风险辨识、分级评估。发现问题立即整改，保障隐患清零。危险源发生变化的，重新判定实验室安全风险等级，落实风险分级防控。

三、安全教育，人人参与

落实实验人员新学期安全准入培训，并逐一核对考试合格证书，保障全员按时通过。

四、应急准备，未雨绸缪

1. 涉及重要危险源的科研、教学项目，项目负责人须提前开展风险评估，经实验室负责人确认无重大安全风险后方可开展实验活动，实现风险前置管控、源头防范。

2. 各实验室需结合自身实际，完善针对性应急预案，明确岗位职责、细化处置流程，配齐配足安全防护用品与应急装备，定期开展检查维护，确保其有效可用，做到未雨绸缪、有备无患。

To ensure the safety of laboratories in the new semester, safety reminders on laboratory safety work from the Office of Laboratories and Research Equipment are as follows:

I. Conduct special inspections before resuming experiments

Before resuming experimental work in laboratories that were inactive during the holiday, the Laboratory Safety Self-Inspection Checklist for Resumption of Use (Attachment 1) must be consulted to conduct a pre-operational safety self-inspection. This inspection shall encompass all potential hazards, including but not limited to: water, electricity, gas utilities; doors and windows; instruments and equipment; and hazardous chemicals. The purpose is to confirm the emergency supplies are fully stocked and operational, the facility systems are operating normally before resuming experiments.

II. Conduct inspections and laboratory risk assessments

Each laboratory should conduct comprehensive self-inspections on laboratory safety and risk identification and assessment of hazards. Any identified problems must be immediately rectified to ensure that all potential risks are eliminated. If lab hazards change, the safety risk levels of the laboratory should be re-assessed and risk-based prevention measures should be implemented.

III. Complete the lab safety access training

All laboratory personnel must complete the lab safety access training for the new semester, and verify each examination certificate.

IV. Prepare emergency response plans proactively

-For research and teaching projects involving critical hazard sources, project leaders must conduct risk assessments in advance. Only after being confirmed by the laboratory responsible person that there are no major safety risks can the experimental activities be carried out.

-Each laboratory should improve its specific emergency plans based on its own actual situation, clarify job responsibilities, detail handling procedures, equip with sufficient safety protection supplies and emergency equipment. Regular inspections and maintenance shall be conducted to guarantee the equipment's effectiveness and readiness.
