各学院（单位）、实验室：

根据上级部门相关通知要求和学校工作安排，为进一步加强实验室危险化学品安全管理，实验室与科研设施部将开展实验室危险化学品安全管理专项检查工作。现将有关工作安排通知如下：

一、检查内容

围绕实验室危险化学品（包括剧毒、易制爆、易制毒化学品等）的采购、存储、使用和处置等环节进行检查。

二、检查安排

1、实验室自查自纠自改：2025年8月20日前

各实验室对照附件自查表，开展自查自纠自改，并将自查表反馈给学院。

2、学校、学院检查：2025年8月20日-8月31日

各学院汇总本单位实验室自查表，发送至实验室与科研设施部邮箱（share@westlake.edu.cn），并重点检查实验室分级为化学类I、II级中危险化学品存量较大的实验室。学校将协同学院，同步开展抽查检查。

3、实验室整改闭环：2025年9月20日前

学院（单位）督促存在隐患的实验室完成整改，并将整改情况上传至实验室综合管理系统（https://lab.westlake.edu.cn/）。学校会逐一复核直至闭环。

三、其它

各学院（单位）要高度重视此次危险化学品专项安全检查工作，认真组织本单位的自查，加强实验室危险化学品管理。

To Schools (Units) and Laboratories,

To strengthen the management of hazardous chemicals in laboratories, the Office of Laboratories and Research Equipment will conduct special safety inspections. The relevant arrangements are as follows:

I. Inspection Contents:

The inspection will focus on the entire lifecycle management of hazardous chemicals (including highly toxic chemicals, precursor chemicals, explosive precursors, etc.) in the laboratories, covering the procurement, storage, use, and disposal processes.

II. Inspection Schedule:

a). Lab self-inspection: by August 20, 2025

All laboratories shall conduct self-inspections in accordance with the attached checklist, take corrective actions, and submit the completed form to their respective schools (units).

b). University and school inspections: August 20 - August 31, 2025

The schools (units) shall collect the self-inspection checklists and submit them to the Laboratory and Research Facilities Department via email (share@westlake.edu.cn). The schools (units) will conduct inspections to laboratories classified as chemistry Level I or II with large inventories of hazardous chemicals. The Office of Laboratories and Research Equipment will participate in these inspections.

c). Rectification Period：by September 20, 2025

The schools (units) shall supervise laboratories with identified risks to complete corrective actions and upload the rectification reports to the laboratory integrated management system (https://lab.westlake.edu.cn/). The university will verify each case until full compliance is achieved.
