各学院（单位）：

根据上级主管部门要求，为保障我校实验室安全、有序运行，防范实验室安全事故，学校将开展2024年第四季度暨岁末年初全校实验室安全检查。现将有关工作安排通知如下：

一、检查内容

依据《高等学校实验室安全检查项目表（2024）》（附件1）对实验室进行全面检查，并重点排查：

1、所有实验场所（包含仪器间等附属实验场所）是否都落实了负责人、安全员，安全信息牌上危险源辨识、分级分类等信息是否已更新。

2、危化品（包括易制毒、易制爆化学品等）、精神麻醉类药品、压力容器（含气瓶）、病原微生物、实验动物、放射源、射线装置等的采购、存储、使用以及实验废弃物处置是否规范。

3、之前检查发现的安全隐患整改闭环情况。

二、检查安排

1、自查自纠自改：即日起至12月18日

各学院（单位）组织本单位的实验室开展自查自纠自改。

2、学校联合检查：2024年12月18日-12月31日

学校实验室安全检查小组对全校实验室进行现场检查。

3、实验室整改闭环：2025年1月10日前

请学院（单位）督促存在隐患的实验室完成整改，并将整改资料上传至实验室综合管理系统（https://lab.westlake.edu.cn/）。学校会逐一复核整改情况直至闭环。

三、其他

1、各学院（单位）要高度重视实验室安全检查工作，认真组织本单位的自查自纠自改，加强协调和配合学校检查，切实做到人员落实、任务落实、责任落实，确保安全检查全覆盖，隐患整改全闭环。

2、各学院（单位）要将责任体系、实验场所安全台账检查纳入每月的学院（单位）检查工作中，做到责任体系、实验场所、人员、危险源“全过程、全要素、全覆盖”动态安全管理。

All Schools(Units)：

The University plans to conduct the fourth quarter laboratory safety inspection before the Spring Festival. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

Key Inspection items:

- Whether all the experimental sites (including the instrument rooms and other affiliated experimental sites) have designated responsible personnel and safety coordinator, and whether the safety information board is updated in time.

- Management of hazardous chemicals（including precursor chemicals, explosive precursor hazardous chemicals etc.）, psychoanalytic drugs, gas cylinders, pathogenic microorganisms, laboratory animals, radioactive sources, radiation devices and laboratory waste, etc.

- Corrective actions of laboratory risks identified in the preliminary laboratory safety inspections.

Inspection schedule:

Lab self-inspection：before December 18, 2024.

University inspection：December 18- December 31, 2024.

Lab correction：by January 10, 2025.

Safety inspection system：

The potential safety hazards will be uploaded to the laboratory integrated management system (https://lab.westlake.edu.cn/) after the university inspection. Please log in to check timely and upload the correction materials.
