各实验室：

为保障实验室气体使用及压力容器使用安全，并按照TSG 08《特种设备使用管理规则》、TSG 21《固定式压力容器安全技术监察规程》等相关技术规范要求，9月将请具有资质的校准及检测机构来我校开展气体检测探头校准和压力容器年度检查，现将有关事项通知如下：

 1.时间：2024年9月的工作日上班时间，具体的时间段将提前3个工作日另发至各实验室安全员。

 2.校准和检查方式：校准机构携带标准气体对气体检测探头进行测试验证，探头在相关气体氛围环境中是否能正常工作、报警提示；压力容器年度检查包括日常使用管理记录、人员上岗持证、安全附件联锁装置功能验证等。

 3.其他事项：探头校准测试过程中，探头动作会发出声光等报警提示，检查工作人员会进行重启复位相关操作，实验室人员不必惊慌；压力容器年度检查时安全联锁装置试验需要操作人员开机操作配合。个别实验室后期安装的探头或压力容器若不在目前的统计清单（附件1、附件2），可联系实科部李四海(lisihai@westlake.edu.cn)。

全部工作完成后，第三方机构会出具检测报告，如发现探头或设备有故障或应更换配件等需要进一步改进的，将给出相关建议。

Laboratories:

To ensure the safety of gas and pressure vessels usage in laboratory, in accordance with the requirements of TSG 08 Special Equipment Service Administration Regulation, TSG 21 Supervision Regulation on Safety Technology for Stationary Pressure Vessel and other relevant technical specifications, we will invite qualified organizations in September to carry out calibration of gas detectors and annual inspection of pressure vessels. The detailed arrangements are as follows:

       1. Schedule

During working hours in September 2024, the specific time will be sent to each laboratory safety officer 3 days in advance separately.

2. Procedure

Calibration agency will carry standard gases to test and verify the gas detectors to ensure they can work normally and alarm prompts in the relevant gas atmosphere environment. Pressure vessels annual inspection includes daily usage and management records, personnel on-post certification and verification of the function of interlocking devices for safety accessories.

3. Other matters

Gas detectors may emit sound, light and other alarms during operation, and the test engineer will restart or reset the detectors. Safety interlocking device test of pressure vessels requires the operator to run the equipment. you can contact Mr. Sihai Li(lisihai@westlake.edu.cn) for the gas detectors or pressure vessels in laboratories which are not in the current list.

The organization will issue test reports and suggestions after all the work is completed.
