各学院（单位）、实验室：

随着气温升高，实验室烘箱着火事故时有发生。根据上级主管部门要求，为消除实验室烘箱隐患，保障实验室安全，实验室与科研设施部将于近期开展烘箱专项安全检查。现将有关事项通知如下：

一、检查安排：

1.实验室自查：即日起至2024年4月22日

各学院（单位）组织本单位实验室检查摸排烘箱底数和基本情况，并将《烘箱安全管理台账》（附件1）于2024年4月23日前发送至实验室与科研设施部邮箱（share@westlake.edu.cn）。

2.学校检查：2024年4月23日至4月30日

学校组织开展烘箱专项安全检查。

3.实验室整改：2024年5月31日前

请各实验室根据检查结果完成整改，并将整改情况报告上传至实验室综合管理系统（https://lab.westlake.edu.cn/）。学校逐一复核整改情况直至闭环。

二、其他：

1.各学院（单位）要高度重视此次烘箱专项安全检查工作，认真组织本单位的自查，加强协调和配合学校检查，切实做到人员落实、任务落实、责任落实，确保安全检查全覆盖，隐患整改全闭环。

2.各学院（单位）要将烘箱等加热设备安全管理纳入日常检查工作中，定期更新《烘箱安全管理台账》（见附件），督促实验室做好烘箱定期维保和日常自查工作。

As temperatures rise, fire incidents of laboratory electric drying ovens occur from time to time. In accordance with the requirements of the higher authorities, to eliminate hidden dangers in laboratory ovens and ensure laboratory safety, the Office of Laboratories and Research Equipment will conduct a special safety inspection of electric drying ovens. The relevant matters are notified as follows:

Lab self-inspection

Time: by April 22, 2024

Schools (units) shall organize laboratories to inspect and assess the basic situation of electric drying, and please send the Electric Drying Oven Safety Management Ledger (Attachment 1) to the Office of Laboratories and Research Equipment (email: share@westlake.edu.cn) by April 23, 2024.

University inspection

Time: April 23-April 30, 2024

University will conduct special safety inspection of electric drying ovens.

Lab correction

Time: by May 31, 2024

Laboratories shall complete rectifications based on the inspection results and upload the rectification report to the Laboratory Integrated Management System (https://lab.westlake.edu.cn/). University will review the rectification situation one by one until closure.
