各位学院（单位）：

根据上级主管部门要求，为消除实验室不间断电源（UPS）安全隐患，保障实验室设备使用安全，实验室与科研设施部将于近期开展实验室不间断电源专项安全检查及日常保养，现将有关事项通知如下：

一、检查安排

1. 实验室自查：2024年3月25日至4月1日

各学院（单位）组织本单位的实验室检查摸排UPS底数和基本情况，并将《UPS安全管理台账》（附件1）于2024年4月3日前发送至实验室与科研设施部邮箱（share@westlake.edu.cn）。

2. 学校检查：2024年4月8日至4月22日

学校邀请第三方公司开展UPS专项安全检查及日常保养。

3. 实验室整改：2024年5月20日前

实验室维修或更换有隐患的UPS，并将整改完的资料上传至实验室综合管理系统（https://lab.westlake.edu.cn/）。学校逐一复核整改情况直至闭环。

二、其他

1. 各学院（单位）要高度重视UPS专项安全检查及日常保养工作，认真组织本单位的自查，加强协调和配合学校检查，切实做到人员落实、任务落实、责任落实，确保安全检查全覆盖，隐患整改全闭环。

2. 各学院（单位）要将UPS安全管理纳入每月的学院（单位）检查工作中，并动态更新《UPS安全管理台账》，督促实验室做好UPS的定期维保和日常自查工作。

All Schools (Units) :

To eliminate the potential safety hazards of the uninterruptible power supply (UPS), Office of Laboratories and Research Equipment will conduct a special safety inspection and maintenance regarding to UPS. The relevant matters are as follows:

School self-inspection

Time: March 25-April 1, 2024

Schools (Units) shall organize laboratories to inspect and learn the basic situation of UPS, and please send the attachment UPS Safety Management Account to share@westlake.edu.cn by April 3.

Schools (Units) should make sure to check the UPS safety situation when conduct the monthly safety inspection and update the UPS Safety Management Account timely.

University inspection

Time: April 8- April 22, 2024

University will invite the third-party organization to conduct a special safety inspection and maintenance to UPS.

Laboratories correction

Time: by May 20, 2024

Laboratories should take corrective actions regarding to the UPS with potential hazards and upload the corrections to https://lab.westlake.edu.cn/. University will check the related findings and make sure they are closed.
