各学院（单位）：

根据省教育厅通知（附件1），6月中旬，省厅将组织专家到我校进行实验室安全现场检查。为进一步保障我校实验室安全，实验室与科研设施部将以查促防，开展实验室安全自查。现将有关工作安排如下：

一、检查时间

1、 即日起至6月9日，各学院（单位）开展自查自纠自改。

2、 即日起至6月16日，实验室与科研设施部抽查部分实验室。

3、 6月12日-6月16日，上级监管部门检查，具体日期另行通知。

二、检查内容

省厅专家组将根据《高等学校实验室安全检查项目表（2023）》（附件2）开展检查。为方便各学院（单位）自查重点检查内容的落实情况，更好地查漏补缺，我部整理了《实验室安全重点检查内容落实情况自查表—学院（单位）》（附件3）、《实验室安全重点检查内容落实情况自查表—实验室》（附件4），请学院（单位）对照附件3进行自查，并组织实验室安全员按照附件4进行自查。

三、其他

各学院（单位）要高度重视实验室安全检查工作，认真开展自查自纠自改，确保自查全覆盖，隐患整改全闭环。请各学院（单位）将自查记录（附件3）于2023年6月9日17:00前发送至实验室与科研设施部邮箱（share@westlake.edu.cn）。

请学院（单位）加强协调和配合上级检查，切实做到人员落实、任务落实、责任落实。

All Schools(Units)：

According to the notice of education of Zhejiang Province(Appendix A), they will conduct a lab safety inspection in our university in the middle of June. Office of Laboratories and Research Equipment plans to conduct self-inspection in the following days. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

Inspection schedule:

School inspection：by Jun 9^th, 2023.

University inspection：by Jun 16^th, 2023.

Superior departments inspection：Jun 12^th- Jun 16^th,2023.

Key Inspection items:

Superior departments will carry out the inspection according to the Lab Safety Inspection Checklist for higher education（2023）(Appendix B).

Schools(Units) can conduct self-inspection according to the key inspection items Checklist for Schools(Units) (Appendix C). Laboratories can conduct self-inspection according to the key inspection items Checklist for Laboratories (Appendix D).

Please attach great importance to this activity.

The record of self-inspection for schools should be filled in appendix C and sent back to share@westlake.edu.cn by schools before17:00,Jun 9^th.
