各学院、平台（中心）、实验室：

为保障我校实验室安全、有序运行，防范实验室安全事故，学校将于近期开展2023年第一季度暨春节前全校实验室安全检查。有关工作安排通知如下：

一、检查内容

依据《西湖大学实验室安全检查项目表（试行）》（附件1）对全校实验室进行全面检查，并重点检查：

1、危化品（包括易制毒、易制爆化学品等）、精神麻醉类药品、压力容器（含气瓶）、病原微生物、实验动物、放射源、射线装置等的采购、存储、使用以及实验废弃物处置是否规范。管控品名录见附件2-5。

2、加热设备、不间断电源、冰箱等设备安全管理是否规范。

3、之前检查发现的安全隐患整改闭环情况。

二、检查安排

1、自查自纠自改：即日起至2023年1月19日，各学院（单位）组织本单位的实验室参照附件1进行自查，对自查中发现的问题隐患及时落实整改。

2、学校联合检查：即日起至2023年1月17日，由实验室与科研设施部、总务部、各学院（单位）相关人员组成检查组进行现场检查。学校检查后的问题项将上传至实验室综合管理系统（https://lab.westlake.edu.cn/）并通过邮件发送给实验室，请相关学院（单位）及时登录查看，并督促实验室上传整改资料。系统操作手册见附件6。

三、其他

1. 各学院（单位）要高度重视实验室安全检查工作，认真组织本单位的自查自纠自改，加强协调和配合学校检查，切实做到人员落实、任务落实、责任落实，确保安全检查全覆盖，隐患整改全闭环。

2. 各学院（单位）要根据前期实验室安全检查中发现的问题，举一反三，开展全面的实验室安全自查，并每月组织学院（单位）检查，对检查中发现的问题隐患立即落实整改，做好检查整改及台账记录。

The University plans to conduct a lab safety inspection before Spring Festival holidays. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

Key inspection items:

- Management of hazardous Chemicals（including Precursor Chemicals，Explosive Precursor Hazardous Chemicals etc.）, psychoanalytic drugs, gas cylinders, pathogenic microorganisms, laboratory animals, radioactive sources, radiation devices and laboratory waste, etc.

- Management of heating equipment, refrigerator, uninterruptible power supply (UPS), etc.

- Corrective actions of laboratory risks identified in the preliminary laboratory safety inspections.

Inspection schedule:

Schools inspection：until Jan.19^th, 2023.

University inspection：until Jan.17^th, 2023.

Safety inspection system：

The potential safety hazards after the university inspection will be uploaded to the laboratory integrated management system (https://lab.westlake.edu.cn/). Please log in to check in time and upload the correction materials.

Please attach great importance to this activity. The list of laboratory safety inspection items is attached as appendix 1. The lists of controlled items are attached as appendix 2-5. The safety inspection operation manual is attached as appendix 6.
