各学院、平台（中心）、实验室：

为保障我校实验室安全、有序运行，防范实验室安全事故，学校将于国庆假期前开展2022年第三季度全校实验室安全检查。现将有关工作安排通知如下：

一、检查内容

依据《西湖大学实验室安全检查项目表（试行）》（附件1）对全校实验室进行全面检查，并重点检查：

1、危化品（包括易制毒、易制爆、剧毒化学品等）、精神麻醉类药品、压力容器（含气瓶）、病原微生物、实验动物、射线装置的采购、存储、使用以及实验废弃物处置是否规范。

2、新迁入实验室的安全管理规范是否落实到位。

二、检查安排

1、自查自纠自改：即日起至2022年9月30日，各学院（单位）组织本单位的实验室参照附件1进行自查（还未悬挂实验室安全信息牌的新迁入实验室参照附件1及附件2进行自查），对自查中发现的问题隐患及时落实整改。

2、学校联合检查：2022年9月21日-9月30日，由实验室与科研设施部、总务部、各学院（单位）相关人员组成检查组进行现场检查。学校检查后的问题项将上传至实验室综合管理系统（https://lab.westlake.edu.cn/）并通过邮件发送给实验室，请相关学院（单位）及时登录查看，并督促实验室上传整改资料。系统操作手册见附件3。

三、其他

1.各学院（单位）要高度重视实验室安全检查工作，认真组织本单位的自查自纠自改，加强协调和配合学校检查，切实做到人员落实、任务落实、责任落实。

2.各学院（单位）要根据前期实验室安全检查中发现的问题，举一反三，开展全面的实验室安全自查，并每月组织学院（单位）检查，对检查中发现的问题隐患立即落实整改，做好检查整改台账记录。

The University plans to conduct a lab safety inspection in the following days. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

Key inspection items:

- Management of hazardous Chemicals（including Precursor Chemicals，Explosive Precursor Hazardous Chemicals etc.）, psychoanalytic drugs, pressure vessel（including gas cylinders）, pathogenic microorganisms, laboratory animals, radiation devices and laboratory waste, etc..

- Implementation of laboratory safety regulations after relocation.

Inspection schedule:

Schools inspection：before Sep. 30^th, 2022.

University inspection：Sep. 21^st-30^th, 2022.

Safety inspection system：

After the university inspection, the potential safety non-conformance items will be uploaded to the laboratory integrated management system (https://lab.westlake.edu.cn/). Please log in to check and upload the correction materials in time.

Note:

Enough attention is expected to be paid to this activity and taking it seriously is strongly encouraged. The list of laboratory safety inspection items is attached as appendix A. For the labs without the Lab Safety Information Board, the attached appendix B is an additional checklist to be referred. The safety inspection operation manual is attached as appendix C.
