各学院、平台（中心）、实验室：

根据上级主管部门要求，为保障我校春节及实验室搬迁期间实验室安全、有序运行，学校将于近期开展全校实验室安全检查，并加强实验室安全日常巡查工作。现将有关工作安排通知如下：

一、检查内容

学校依据《浙江省高等学校实验室安全检查项目表（2020）》（附件1）进行检查，重点检查危化品（包括易制毒、易制爆、剧毒化学品等）、精神麻醉类药品、高压气瓶、病原微生物、实验动物、射线装置的采购、存储、使用以及实验废弃物处置是否规范。

二、检查安排

自查自纠自改：2022年1月10日-1月16日

学校联合检查：2022年1月17日-1月21日

三、检查系统

学校检查后的问题项将上传至实验室综合管理系统（https://lab.westlake.edu.cn/），请相关学院（单位）及时登录查看，并督促实验室上传整改资料。系统操作手册见附件2。

四、其他

1.各学院（单位）要高度重视实验室安全检查工作，认真组织本单位的自查自纠自改，加强协调和配合学校检查，切实做到人员落实、任务落实、责任落实。

2.各学院（单位）要根据前期实验室安全检查中发现的问题，举一反三，开展全面的实验室安全自查，并定期组织学院（单位）检查，对检查中发现的问题隐患立即落实整改，做好检查整改台账记录。

According to the requirements of the superior administrative authorities，the University plans to conduct a lab safety inspection and strengthen the daily inspection in the following days. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

Key Inspection items:

Management of hazardous Chemicals（including Precursor Chemicals，Explosive Precursor Hazardous Chemicals etc.）, psychoanalytic drugs, gas cylinders, pathogenic microorganisms, laboratory animals, radiation devices and laboratory waste, etc..

Inspection schedule:

Lab self-inspection：January 10-16, 2022.

University inspection：January 17-21, 2022.

Safety inspection system：

The potential safety hazards after the university inspection will be uploaded to the laboratory integrated management system (https://lab.westlake.edu.cn/). Please log in to check in time and upload the correction materials.
