各学院、平台（中心）、实验室：

根据上级主管部门要求，为保障我校实验室安全、有序运行，防范实验室安全事故，保障师生安全与健康，学校定于近期开展实验室安全检查，并加强实验室安全日常巡查工作。现将有关事宜通知如下：

一、检查内容

1.重点检查危化品（包括易制毒、易制爆化学品等）、精神麻醉类药品、高压气瓶、病原微生物、实验动物、射线装置以及实验废弃物等管理是否规范。

2.重点检查各实验室是否存在违反实验操作规范的现象。

二、检查安排

实验室自查：2021年6月21日至2021年6月23日

学校检查：2021年6月21日至2021年7月5日

三、检查系统

检查后的问题项将上传至实验室综合管理系统（https://lab.westlake.edu.cn/），请相关学院（单位）、实验室及时登录查看，并上传整改资料。

四、其他

省教育厅将于6月21日至6月25日，组织专家对我校进行检查。

各单位要高度重视实验室安全检查工作，认真组织落实实验室自查、加强协调和配合学校检查，及时发现和解决安全隐患，切实做到人员落实、任务落实、责任落实。

Notice on Lab Safety Inspection

All Schools, Centers & Labs：

According to the requirements of the superior administrative authorities，the University plans to conduct a lab safety inspection and strengthen the daily inspection in the following days. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

Key Inspection items:

- Management of hazardous Chemicals（including Precursor Chemicals，Explosive Precursor Hazardous Chemicals etc.）, psychoanalytic drugs, gas cylinders, pathogenic microorganisms, laboratory animals, radiation devices and hazardous waste, etc..

- Obey SOP regulations and keep safety operations.

Inspection schedule:

Lab self-inspection：until June 23, 2021.

School inspection：June 21-July 5, 2021.

Safety inspection system：

The hidden safety hazards after the inspection will be uploaded to the laboratory integrated management system (https://lab.westlake.edu.cn/). Please log in to check in time and upload the rectification materials.

Note:

-There is a spot check by the superior administrative authorities between June 21-July 5, 2021.

-Please attach great importance to this activity. The Lab Safety Inspection Checklist is attached as appendix A.
