各学院（单位）：

根据上级部门要求，为保障我校实验室安全、有序运行，防范实验室安全事故发生，学校将开展2026年第一季度全校实验室安全检查，具体安排如下：

一、检查内容

依据《高等学校实验室安全检查项目表（2025）》（附件1）对全校实验室进行全面检查，并重点排查：

1. 所有实验场所（包含仪器间等附属实验场所）是否都落实了负责人、安全员，本年度危险源辨识、分级分类工作是否已完成，安全信息牌是否已更新。

2. 进入实验室是否穿着质地合适的实验服或防护服；实验时是否正确佩戴合适的手套、护目镜、呼吸器等个人防护装备。

3. 危化品（包括易制毒、易制爆化学品等）、精神麻醉类药品、压力容器（含气瓶）、实验动物、放射源、射线装置等的采购、存储、使用以及实验废弃物处置是否规范。

4. 涉及病原微生物操作的实验活动，是否已完成风险评估和审批，是否在已备案的相应等级生物安全实验室开展实验。已备案的病原微生物实验室是否已在“浙江省病原微生物实验室生物安全评价系统”（https://syspj.wsjkw.zj.gov.cn:888/）完成季度自查。

二、检查安排

1. 自查自纠自改：2026年3月20日前

各学院（单位）组织本单位实验室开展自查自纠自改。病原微生物实验室需在浙江省评价系统提交自查情况。

2. 学校联合检查：2026年3月23日-3月31日

学校实验室安全检查小组对全校实验室进行现场检查。

3. 实验室整改闭环：2026年4月3日前

各学院（单位）督促存在隐患的实验室完成整改，并将整改资料上传至实验室综合管理系统（https://lab.westlake.edu.cn/）。学校会逐一复核整改情况直至闭环。

三、其他

1. 各学院（单位）要高度重视实验室安全检查工作，认真组织本单位的自查自纠自改，加强协调和配合学校检查，切实做到人员落实、任务落实、责任落实，确保安全检查全覆盖、隐患整改全闭环。

2. 各学院（单位）要将责任体系、安全培训、实验场所安全台账检查纳入学院（单位）日常检查工作中，做到责任体系、实验场所、人员、危险源“全过程、全要素、全覆盖”动态安全管理。

All Schools(Units)：

The University will conduct the lab safety inspection in the frist quarter of 2026 in the following days.. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

I. Inspection contents:

Based on the Higher Education Institutions Laboratory Safety Inspection Checklist (2025) (Appendix A), the inspection will focus on the following areas:

- Whether all the experimental sites (including the instrument room and other affiliated experimental sites) have specified the responsible person and the safety coordinator, whether the laboratory risk assessment in 2026 have be conducted and safety information board be updated in time.

- Whether the appropriate laboratory coat or protective clothing is worn when entering the laboratory. Whether the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, goggles or respirators is correctly worn during experiments.

- Management of hazardous chemicals (including precursor chemicals, explosive precursor hazardous chemicals etc.), psychoanalytic and narcotic drugs, gas cylinders, laboratory animals, radioactive sources, radiation devices and laboratory waste, etc.

- For experiments involving pathogenic microorganism, whether the experimental activities have completed risk assessments and approvals, and whether they are conducted in a biosafety laboratory of the corresponding level that has been registered. Registered pathogenic microorganism laboratories are required to complete the quarterly self-inspection on the Zhejiang Province Pathogenic Microorganism Laboratory Biosafety Evaluation System (https://syspj.wsjkw.zj.gov.cn:888/).

II. Inspection schedule:

Lab self-inspection：before March 20, 2026.

University inspection：March 23-31, 2026.

Lab rectification：by April 3, 2026.

The safety hazards will be uploaded to the laboratory integrated management system (https://lab.westlake.edu.cn/) after the university inspection. Please log in to check timely and upload the correction materials.
